Training DVDs

After 30 years throwing the hammer, participating in four Olympic Games, winning an Olympic medal, setting seven world records, and 20 years coaching youngsters from age 10 to adult Olympic competitors, I have compiled on four DVDs the most effective hammer throw coaching and training information I have used during my 54-year hammer throwing odyssey. The newest disc, DVD 4, contains the most current hammer throw coaching information.

By clicking on the following titles you can read detailed descriptions of the CD and DVDs' contents:
» Introduction to Hammer Throw and Hammer Throw Training, DVDs 1-2 (.DOC Format)
» Throws History, DVD 3 (.DOC Format)
» From Start to Gold, DVD 4 (.DOC Format)

If you wish to procure this information, you can do so by contributing to the advancement of American youth hammer throwing through a check or credit card authorization made out to USATF Youth Hammer Throw Fund.  To order, just fill out the order form located here and follow the mailing instructions.

All proceeds to this fund go to the USATF Youth Hammer Throw Training Grants Program to assist annually American boys and girls 17 years of age or younger with travel and lodging costs to hammer throw competitions, hammer throw instructional camps or clinics, and the cost of hammer throw training equipment.

Detailed application submission guidelines, applicant qualifications and the specific purposes for which training grant funds may be used will be posted within the next two weeks.
